Get more bang for your buck with this 45-minute format!  BODY ATTACK is a high energy cardio class that combines athletic moves like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to strengthen and tone your entire body. Just starting out? You can adjust your BODY ATTACK workout to your current fitness level.
