PYT-Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi Class is a graceful combination of three fitness styles that will give you a balanced workout to help you tone & strengthen your entire body. Come ready to stretch, work, and sweat as you use your own body weight as resistance in this fun and powerful workout! We will end each class calming our bodies & relaxing, so we can face the rest of the day with clarity.
